Refund & Return Policy

Because all physical books are print-on-demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse or ordering the wrong item.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

We will work with Lulu Direct to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement when applicable.

Digital Products

All digital products (ebooks, bundles, downloads) are non-refundable once delivered.

If you experience a technical issue with a digital download, please contact us and we’ll help you get access.
